PP Injection MM70 Durable Injection Molding High Impact Resistance
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white high crystallinepolymer with a melting point of 164~170° C, a density of 0.90-0.91g/ cm%, and a molecularweight of about 80,000 to 150,000. It is one of the lightest of all plastic varieties at present. It is particularly stable to water, and its water absorption rate in water for 24 hoursis only 0.01%6.
Applications
It is mainly used in thin-wall injection molding processing, and can be processedinto products, such as fast food boxes, packaging boxes, finishing boxes, cups, food containers and modified material of automobile.

40-foot high cabinet: 24 tons (pallet loading)
Storage conditions: Avoid direct sunlight, temperature <40℃, humidity <70%.
Key points
Drying: Not necessary, but if the storage environment humidity is >60%, it is recommended to dry at 80℃ for 2 hours.
Runner design: Hot runner is preferred, and the cold runner must have a diameter of ≥6mm to reduce shear heat.
Shrinkage: 1.2-1.8% (related to wall thickness and cooling rate).
