Paste PVC Resin P450 is a polyvinyl chloride paste resin in the form of white powder. Its molecular formula is (C_2H_3Cl), with specific technical indicators, K value of 67±2, average degree of polymerization of 1000±100, and is a low molecular weight paste resin. It has good compatibility with plasticizers, organic solvents and fillers, can form plastisols or organosols, and then processed into a variety of products.
Production process
P450 is produced by emulsion polymerization, and its technology comes from Mitsubishi Chemical Ethylene Company of Japan.
During the emulsion polymerization process, the monomer vinyl chloride is dispersed into fine droplets under the action of an emulsifier, and then polymerized under the action of an initiator. The P450 paste resin produced by this process has the characteristics of fine particle size and uniform distribution, which can meet the needs of different application fields.
Product Features
